I have been in the construction industry for many years. I started my career as an assistant to the project engineer. At General Ship and Engine Works in East Boston, Ma. After moving to California, I enter the Carpenters Union, were I acquired my journeyman card. After working in the union for five years. I entered the U.S. Army as a skilled civilian.
Working as a combat Engineer in the construction battalion. I move on to working on many other projects in the Santa Rosa area. Including acquiring land and designing and building my own homes. I work as a FEMA trained contractor in cooperation with the California Earthquake authority. I am also EPA certified for lead abatement.
After working on the construction of ships for the Navy. I knew the construction field was where I wanted to be.
